- Proof of return ticket and hotel reservation.
- International certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever.

The processing time for a travel visa varies based on your nationality. Standard applications typically take a minimum of 10-15 working days from the moment the Ghana High Commission office in Highgate Hill or the relevant consulate office receives the hard copies of the required visa forms and supporting documents. The photos submitted with a travel visa application must meet specific requirements regarding size, background colour, and paper type. While the photo in your passport may meet some criteria, it is essential to adhere to all requirements outlined by the consulate. Digital photos must also meet standard passport photo requirements and be printed on correct photo quality paper.

The fees for processing a travel visa include consular fees charged by the country issuing the visa and GPS service fees. Consular fees must be paid regardless of whether the visa is issued or not. GPS accepts payment by most major debit and credit cards, including Electron, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, and Visa.
